Bring Your Child to Work Day 2007
The second annual Bring Your Child to Work Day in April gave more than 40 young people a chance to see Trinitas Regional Medical Center in a whole new light. Coordinated by the Human Resources Department and the Department of Nursing, the program offered a behind-the-scenes-look at the inner workings of the hospital to the children and grandchildren of Trinitas Regional Medical Center employees. The program opened eyes and minds to the possibilities of careers in health care while offering a meaningful hand-on day of discovery in areas such as the Mobile Intensive Care Unit, the Operating Room, the Radiology Department and the hospital's Laboratory.
