Ambassadors Display Smiles and Good Will
The Customer Service Ambassador Council hosted an Awareness Day to highlight the superior efforts of employees who have excelled in customer service. Ambassadors created tri-fold displays to celebrate employees who have been recognized for their positive customer service behaviors. More than 80 employees have received recognition during the first six months of the program since it began in late 2005. Displays and literature at the Awareness Day emphasized the Trinitas Regional Medical Center Customer Service Standards. Visitors were impressed with the enthusiasm of our Customer Service Ambassadors. Members of hospital leadership came away from the Awareness Day with a renewed commitment to making customer service an essential part of the Trinitas Regional Medical Center culture and environment.
