will not be allowed to enter Trinitas:

• Visitors under the age of 18

• Visitors with flu-like symptoms such as

  • Fever of 100 degrees or higher

  • Cough or sore throat

  • Headache, body aches or chills

  • Vomiting or diarrhea

• Visitors who have had contact with a person with flu-like
  symptoms in the last 72 hours
